Door phone feature
1. Incoming call
While the phone rings you can choose to answer the call, decline the call or open the door without answering.
2. Talk
After answering the call you can identify caller via audio/video connection.
3. Open door
You can either open the door or end the call.
Instant open
Open door
You can open the door to yourself or visitor instantly by sliding "Swipe to open".
Shared access
Share access
You can share an access right to your future visitor in advance. They can use it to open the door by themselves. You can choose validity period and one-time/time-restricted access. Receiver can use the access right in browser.
KulkuTIME reservation system
1. Choose a space
Go to Main menu and press "Spaces". Alternatively, you can press "My reservations" and "Make a new reservation".
2. Time & Date
Choose your preferred time and date for the reservation. You can browse days horizontally and times vertically.
After your selections, press "Book now".
3. Reservation info (and access)
After you have confirmed your reservation, you can see potential access button(s) on your reservation info (if applicable).
You can enter reservation information also via "My reservations".
